Field Performance Manager

Requests:

Mandatory
• Engineering degree (e.g. mechanical, construction or similar)
• 5 years professional experience
• 2 years with focus on financial planning / management
• Bilingual (Romanian & English)
• Good Problem Solving Skills

• Mobility

Preferred
• Oil&Gas Experience (E&P)
• Project management experience involving budgeting and cost tracking
• Experience in financial planning, controlling and / or performance management
• Worked in International Company or abroad

Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational performance indicators and investigate causes for underperformance
- Liaise with all stakeholders to develop improvement measures
- Follow-up on implementation of measures and delivery of improved performance
- Prepare management reports on impact of implemented changes
- Ensure standardized planning and reporting
- Bottom-up development of budgets and business plans
- Cost and production planning

LOCATIONS:
4 different locations within the following counties (one person per location): Bihor (Suplacu de Barcau), Vilcea (Dragasani), Gorj (Ticleni), Buzau (Buzau).
