Machine Programming Engineer

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Knowledge in CNC manufacturing process;
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM software;
- Programming language of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens etc.);
- Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Experience:
The ideal candidate gained his/her 1 year of experience on a similar position or 3 years in manufacturing environment working on a close position and has interest and potential to grow.

Language skills:
Fluency in oral and written English.

Computer literacy at high level including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio.

Baseline Success Factor:
- Hands on experience in handling machinery and programming CNC machines;
- Experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial;
- Able to develop and evaluate business cases for decision making;
- Can interpret and read engineering drawings;
- Posses excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills;
- English language skills;
- Result orientation;
- Initiative, Self-confidence;
- Judgment / out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and optimizing the CNC programs.
- Determines the cycle time for CNC machines for new projects/product changes.
- Develops the CNC program within the terms agreed in the samples production stage.
- Optimize the production processes in the mass production stage to achieve targets.
- Optimize the production processes in the mass production stage to improve targets (costs reduction).
