| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
· background in Computer Science/Software Engineering;
· experience in software development and application design would be an advantage;
· programming languages: C++, Java, PL/SQL;
· good knowledge on operating systems, such as Windows, Linux or Unix;
· good knowledge of Rational Unified Process or similar software development methodology and Quality Standards ISO 9001;
· good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design methods, Use Cases, Oracle Database Design;
· knowledge of Swingor PowerBuilder would be an advantage;
· experience with delivery of large and complex projects;
· be able to deliver thoroughly tested and well-documented first class solutions;
· be able to work by yourself but also in teams and keep deadlines and agreements;
· strong analytical, design and communication skills;
· the ability to quickly assimilate new technologies;
· be innovative, highly organized, with excellent interpersonal qualities and a confident personality;
· good planning and problem solving abilities;
· be able to travel related to project meetings and system deployments.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
· will be in charge of moderately to highly complex coding, documenting and unit testing, closely adhere to deadlines and reporting directly to the project manager;
· will follow the models and design documentation prepared by our team of software architects;
· needs to be product-oriented and delivers high quality code according to timeschedules.
