Lawyer

We are interested in getting in contact with candidates characterized by:
- min. 2 years of experience in practicing business law;
- confirmed lawyer with the Bar;
- experience in litigation, compliance, drafting various legal and corporate agreements/documents, due diligence reports, legal memo/opinions;
- fluency in written and spoken English (French/German would be a plus);
- excellent communication, organizing and planning skills;
- high motivation to achieve results, eagerness to learn and seek solutions;
- ability to work under stress and meet deadlines;
- ablity to build meaningful relations with clients.

Typical responsibilities are:
- ability to work independently, make quick and accurate legal research;
-be comfortable in providing advice on corporate law, commercial, labor and expats’ regime, real estate;
- experience in capital market and financing would be a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
