CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A University degree, ideally in wood specialty or equivalent combination of education and experience;
A solid 10 years proven experience and collaborations in the counties of Suceava, Neamţ, Bacău, Buzău, Harghita;
Bilingual: English or French – Romanian

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Establishes and presents to the General Manager a monthly harvesting program;
Has the responsibility to establish the personnel, the norms of work, time of work and productivity for each equipment or machinery;
Daily follow-up the harvesting program that was established and the deliveries for each destination, taking immediate decisions in order to avoid breaks and to recuperate delays;
Issuing reports in order to inform the General Manager about the fulfillment of the harvesting norms and the tariffs agreed upon, establishing and follow-up of technological consumptions for fuel and lubricants, spare parts, etc.;
Coordinating the activity between the harvesting teams in order to have a normal activity;
Organizing and follow-up the protection norms for work and fire safety, the health norms and security for each team and taking all necessary decision in order to permanently improve the work conditions;
Analyzing costs, taking all necessary decision in order to decrease them and to become concordant to the level established by the Management;
Manages for providing means of transport by road in order to load and unload the logs, to deliver in due time;
Organizing and follow-up the activity, maintenance and repairing the equipment;
Assures the good administration of the assets;
Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the management of the Company;
Collaborates with other Company’s departments as the HR, Commercial and Accounting. |
