Trade Marketing on Retail Channel, FMCG

Requirements :

Economical University degree;
Experience in FMCG multinational companies – at least 3 years;
Experience in developing and implementing the trade marketing programs – 2 year;
Experience in sales or marketing – 2 years;
Very good English knowledge;
Good PC knowledge;
Clean driving license – B category;
Availability to travel throughout the country, in order to coordinate national projects;

Abilities :

Good organizing and planning capacity;
Good knowledge of project management;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Persuasive;
Experience in project implementation;
Abilities to work independently and with dead-line pressure;
Tenacity.

RETAIL CHANNEL COORDINATOR

Main Objective :
Developing and implementing trade marketing programs, according to the commercial strategy for the Retail channel.

Responsibilities:

Establishing trade marketing objectives and strategy for retail channel;
Creating, implement and coordinating trade and consumer promotions according to marketing plans in order to support brand awareness and new product launches for retail channel;
Building and maintaining excellent business contacts with the advertising agency in order to realize all the P.O.S.M. promotion materials;
Developing and implementing the merchandising standards;
Maintaining the relationship between Sales and Marketing Department.
