University degree;
Sales experience for more than 5 years (of which 3 years in FMCG);
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, an importing acting in brewery industry, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager. The specifications of the job are as follows:
Contributes towards achieving the sales objectives in the given sales channels;
Responsible for creating the promotional strategy per brands and promotional mechanisms;
Creates the sales standards;
Prepares and develops national trade programs related to the sales channel;
Responsible for the description of the promotional Point of Sales materials, preparation of the POSM list for regional quarterly POSM’s orders and for the order of promotional POSM;
Prepares the mechanism of volume promotions (on wholesaler and retail level) for various segments of market channel;
Communicates the central promotional activities and evaluates the promotional activities;
Ensures the description of the market requirements for POSM and development of fixed assets;
Approves the consumer promotional activities and the regional promotional activities;
Keeps the cost of promotional activities on the right level according to the budget;
Optimizes the warehousing policy and distribution for POSM and commercial fixed assets for Sales Region’s needs in terms of quickness and reliability of deliveries and cost of those;
Collects, analyzes and manages the information concerning competitor’s commercial activities, development of POSM and commercial equipments owned and competitors brand execution;
Contributes to defining motivational policies and monitors the assessment of the regional trade executive staff, defines priorities and monitors the level of their performance within the given region;
Ensures the continuity of the development of trade marketing methods and techniques and contributes to the transfer of best practices used within his trade marketing segments/ Retail, HoReCa, Key Accounts.
