| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
At least 2 years experience in leading applications development projects;
At least 5 years experience as a programmer;
At least 3 years experience as a software analyst;
Experience in using a methodology regarding object-oriented analysis;
Fluency in English;
Excellent knowledge of Flash, Java (Applets, AWT, Swing, JSP, Servlets, Java3d);
Knowledge in HTML/DHTML/JavaScript, XML/XSL, ActiveX;
General knowledge of software engineering and quality assurance and control (configuration, change management, testing);
General knowledge of the following technologies: database administration, C and Java programming, API and protocols;
Experience in software analysis and design;
Ambitious, responsible and well-organized person;
Positive thinking.
Would be a plus:
Professional certifications (programming, database administration, project management).
