Supplier Quality Engineer in Pitesti

Education and experience in the field of quality management, preferred automotive supply industry related ( knowledge on application of ISO TS16949 / VDA 6 / QS9000, APQP process);
Knowledge and experience on production processes: (Electronics, semiconductors, electro mechanics or Wire harness, plastics, metals, Terminals & connectors)
Technical University degree (electronics/electromechanical or process technology);
English fluent spoken and written, French or German would be considered an advantage;
Reliable skills with MS Office applications.

For one of our clients, the world’s largest automotive interior systems supplier, we are interested in hiring for its local plant in Pitesti a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Rating of management system and processes of suppliers;
Advanced program quality and control plan for key items / key suppliers research and development and production process;
Coordination of implementation and continuous update of Supplier Rating System and Supplier Quality Tracking System;
Monitoring and follow up of improvement of focus suppliers;
Support of supplier selection process in purchasing and research and development;
Agreement on detailed quality contracts with suppliers (ppm-levels, procedures, charge backs);
Reporting to corporate purchasing;
Close cooperation with Supplier Development functions
Improve Quality database / include local activities in company’s Intranet;
Support of other company’s units in audit activities with regional suppliers.
