| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Higher professional training or academic education;
- Sufficient experience in the management of work packages of equivalent content, size and complexity;
- Sufficient intrinsic knowledge for the (integration of) disciplines in the work package;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good verbal and written command of English. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in the Aerospace Field, we are looking for a Stress Team Leader.
The role:
- To manage one or more assigned (multifunctional) work packages within a project such that this is realized within the agreed balance of time, funds, and technology;
- To consult the client/customer about (technological aspects of) the work package, after discussing this with the Chief Engineer or Design Build Team Leader;
- To manage the Workpackage Team (operational);
- To draw up detailed work package descriptions, including planning and calculations, as input for the Cost and Schedule Control;
- To initiate and maintain a controlled and orderly execution of the planned activities.
