Trainer

For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in business consultancy field, we are looking for a Trainer.

Requirements:

University graduated;
Relevant experience in developing and delivering soft skills courses;
Very structured thinking and a good understanding of the training needs;
Fluency in English;
Dynamic, flexible and passionate about the training area.

Evaluating the existing curricular area and the employees’ courses in order to determine new training needs;
Developing and improving the existing trainings;
Verifying and analyzing the curricular area from the group and adjusting it according to the Romanian culture;
Participating at Train-the-Trainers courses;
Delivering soft skills courses;
Performing follow-up for the delivered courses and providing coaching sessions for the employees;
Selecting the proper employees in order to deliver specific trainings – functional trainers;
Training the functional trainers and following up their performance;
Maintaining the relation with the colleagues from the group;
Drawing up reports regarding the training needs, delivery conditions and performance indicators.
