RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in the production of heating systems, we are looking for a Technical Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Organizing the trainings in Bucharest and other locations;
Preparing the training documentation, presentations and other training materials;
Analysing the participants’ profile in order to design the training program;
Presenting essential information regarding the technical specifications of the products;
Maintaining a good level of communication and interaction during the trainings;
Providing technical consultancy.
Requirements:
Technical academic background;
Previous experience as a technical trainer;
Very good communication skills;
Dynamic and flexible person;
Driving license;
Proficiency in English, Italian is a plus;
Computer literate. |
