University degree;
Relevant experience in leading a team;
Strong communication skills and team management skills;
Very good language skills both in written and spoken French;
Good language skills both in written and spoken English;
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.

Together we are recruiting French speaking Team Leaders!


The Team Leaders will:

Manage a team of several Accounts Payable/Accounts; Receivable/Cash Application employees;
Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for the team;
Maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education;
Maintain written procedures for all functions handled in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application;
Ensure timely processing of documents related to Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application;
Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for Accounts; Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application processes;
Manage relationship with key stakeholders;
Responsible for continuous improvement of processes.
