CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Graduate in Technical University or equivalent discipline;
Minimum of 2 years experience as Quality Engineer or Production within Manufacturing;
Knowledge in ISO 9000/2000 or TS16949/2002;
General knowledge of technical aspects: design, production, etc.;
General knowledge of metrology and statistics methods SPC;
Knowledge of quality documents (FMEA, Actions Plan);
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Very organized and analytical person
Previous experience in customer/supplier interaction is a clear advantage;
Good English skills – spoken and written; technical language preferable;
Autonomous, used to maintain relationships.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is a world leading rubber parts manufacturer for the automotive industry. Together we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Working under the Purchasing Manager's supervision;
Being responsible for the quality of raw materials;
Taking part in the supplier selection process;
Tracking and evaluating supplier quality performance;
Setting up action plans for raw materials suppliers in order to assure the quality level required by the group (corrective actions, advancement plan, audits, etc.);
Cooperating with production and quality department for the initial tests before validation process;
Being responsible for the initial samples validation;
Performing supplier audits;
Performing regular trips to the suppliers (inside and outside the country).
