Senior Recruiter

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the insurance field, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Bachelor Degree, preferable in human resources field;
2 years or more experience in recruitment, experience in managing direct reports will be a plus;
Experience on high volume recruitment projects would be an advantage;
Labor low knowledge and practice;
Good knowledge of labor market and business understanding;
Ability to foster a positive working environment;
Pro-active, very good influencing skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written;
Independent decision making process and problem solving is mandatory;
Good sense on confidentiality;
Fluent in English.

Develops the selection and recruitment plan for new positions/vacancies within the company (new entry, specialist, middle management);
Develops profiles with hiring managers to clearly define position requirements;
Creates job advertisements and selects the appropriate media channel for publishing them;
Conducts interviews and provide regular reports on each project;
Submits qualified candidates for vacancies;
Employees relationships activities.
