Senior Accountant/Senior Auditor French Speaker

For one of our clients, a multinational company, leader in Business Services and Technology Solutions, we are looking for a Quality Finance Manager.

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (Qualified or close to qualification) or Advanced Degree in Financial Accounting;
3-4 years of hands-on experience of Transactional Accounting processes (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger etc.) in any business/ processing center;
System integration expertise – knowledge of major ERP and related system, including their impact on the business processes;
Functional expertise in Finance and Accounting;
Six Sigma expertise, incl. Green Belt certification – is an asset;
Project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
Analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Team player and demonstrated leadership skills;
Advanced French and English skills.

Working with Functional Operations Managers and Process Excellence;
Leader to identify, coordinate and implement process improvement projects and initiatives;
Supporting transition team in target setting and CTQ measures for new processes;
Defining process performance measures, target setting and implementing CPS/PS measurement and reporting process;
Conducting Quality Awareness Training and/or Green Belt trainings for associates;
Ensuring sharing of best practices within the organization;
Ensuring productivity improvement.
