Senior Accountant in consultancy field

For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in consultancy field, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

University graduate (economics);
Relevant experience in Romanian accounting and tax fields;
Knowledge of accounting closing procedures, local accounting requirements, financial statements;
Experience in IFRS would be an advantage;
Computer skills (MS Excel, accounting software);
Fluency in English;
Problem-solver, organized, dynamic and flexible.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and supervising the entire accounting activity for the company’s clients;
Performing financial reporting according to international standards;
Drawing-up reports for the management and performing financial analysis;
Maintaining the relation with the clients, auditors and the Romanian Authorities;
Supervising the clients’ financial situation and reporting it to the Management;
Offering consultancy in tax related activities and submit the documentation in due time to the authorities;
Identifying and managing the risk;
Coordinating and organizing the activity for a team of accountants;
Providing support to junior staff in daily activities.
