Senior Accountant in construction field

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the area of construction and real estate development, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction companies is a must;
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Spanish language might be an advantage;
Very good Excel knowledge;
Dynamic and proactive.

Responsibilities:

Being responsible with the evidence of accounting records;
Drawing up monthly reports for the balance sheet and profit & loss;
Supervising the invoicing process and the expenses;
Monitoring the realization of the budget and its correlation with expenses and revenues;
Maintaining the relation with production, sales and purchasing departments;
Administrating the accounting system using ERP software.
