Quality Manager in Oltenita

For our client, Tonerfill Romania, we are looking for a person who can take on the position of Quality Manager for its production facility in Oltenita specialized in high-quality replacement cartridges.

Tonerfill Romania is part of the Turbon Group, global leader in the production of imaging supplies (laser, inkjets, ribbons, etc.), with a reputation for high-quality, and with manufacturing, logistics and distribution facilities in Europe, North America and Asia. The Group is well established with over 30 years of experience in the imaging supplies industry, and has sales revenue of Euro 140M, including Euro 115M in non-impact products of which Euro 100M is in laser cartridge sales.

Requirements:

Technical university degree (preferably Fine Mechanics specialization);
At least 5 years relevant experience in quality management;
Previous experience on a managerial position;
Strong knowledge of quality and experience with ISO standards;
Decision-making and problem-solving ability;
Fluency in English;
Computer literacy - user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Developing and implementing quality management strategy according to the organization's annual business plan;
Monitoring production processes, identifying non-compliances and taking necessary action to address them;
Checking the materials acquisition for each production order number;
Inspecting and keeping the calibration evidence for each equipment from production and quality department;
Following and approving the development of the new products and equipment;
Checking and approving the changes enforced by modified materials from suppliers and market development of improved materials;
Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues; ensuring the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer's specifications;
Implementing and maintaining ISO standards;
Coordinating a team of 15 people.
