Product Plate Sales Manager in Galati

Strong experience in business to business marketing/sales environment in an international company;
Project management experience;
Good business understanding;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Good command in English;
Higher Degree of education.

Creation of the budget and monitoring performance against the key deliverables;
Achievement of sales volume, price and profitability targets as per the business plan;
Evaluation of price trends & correlation with market share trends;
Regular assessment of the classical “Price before Volume” vs. “Volume before price” scenarios on profitability, and suggesting the best options;
Analysis of geographical distribution of sales and recommendations for changes in regional volume allocations to optimise profit;
Performance appraisal of country offices based on targets vs. achievements;
Running the monthly review process and driving improvements based on actions in the review;
Develop and maintain relationship with the customers;
Conduct order forecasting, order fulfilment, monitoring and control of Finished Goods inventory and receivables as per budget.
