PRODUCT MANAGER in construction materials field

For one of our clients, a multinational company producer of sanitary products and ceramic tiles, with more than 17.000 employees in 45 factories over 4 continents, we are looking for a Product Manager.

Requirements:

University degree, preferably in Commercial or Marketing field;
Successful experience in product management and marketing;
Previous experience on a leading position within an industrial company;
Ability to propose and develop new strategies;
Global business vision;
Ability to lead and support professional teams;
Romanian as mother tongue and a high level of English required.

Analyzing the market trends and the customer feedback in order to identify the market needs and to propose new product concepts;
Monitoring activity and analyzing the business strategy of the main competitors (launches, re-launches, positioning, price policy, distribution, promotion and trade activities);
Performing sales, trend and profitability analysis;
Guiding the direction of new and existing product line development;
Establish product strategy for each line of products (launches, re-launches, distribution, promotion);
Cooperating with commercial department in order to accomplish the maximum diffusion of the products;
Preparing implementation of new international brands from the Group in Romania;
Prepare presentations to support proposed strategies and new product implementation;
Participating to development of product pricing strategies;
Organizing promotion activities: improve merchandizing in sales points according to company standards, organize participation to fairs and exhibitions, collaborate with advertising agencies.
