Process Assistants Credit Collection in Cluj-Napoca

University degree;
Very good language skills both in written and spoken English;
Candidates will need to have the right attitude and be comfortable on the telephone;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Capacity to work under pressure;
Professional approach to work;
Good analytical skills and attention to details;
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools;
Work experience in a call center and/or finance and accounting would be a plus.

For our client, American company – Shared Service Center, start up in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for Process Assistants Cash Collection.


Manage the assigned outstanding accounts;
Notify customers with overdue debt and attempt to secure payment, using telephone, fax, email, letters;
Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts;
Receive calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments.
