IT Help Desk

For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in CATV, internet, data and telecommunication services, we are looking for IT Help Desk.

Requirements:

Knowledge of networking (communication channels – cable, optic wire, wireless, Operating Systems – Windows, Linux);
Minimum knowledge related to mail servers, web, DNS, DHCP;
Knowledge of telecommunication is a plus;
Very good communication skills;
Willing to work in a team;
Fluency in English.

Receiving and registering all problems regarding the functioning of Internet / Data / Phone services for clients;
Providing by phone technical support;
Assigning the problems to the Service Teams / CATV Installations / Internet or Network Administrators in order to be solved;
Following up on the solving process;
Informing the clients on the solving process of their requests;
Realizing various reports requested by the superiors;
Providing internal support for the company’s employees;
Accomplishing other tasks according to company's procedures.
