IT Business Analyst

3-5 years experience within IT filed, experience on a similar position is a plus;
Strong knowledge of eTOM processes, BPMN, KPI for Business Process;
Strong knowledge of Business Modelling, Business Process Design, Role design, Organization Design;
Knowledge of Change Management;
Knowledge of SOA, BPMS, Enterprise Architecture, Industrial Standards;
Knowledge of Six Sigma;
Operating systems: Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003;
Fluency in English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
University Degree.

For one of our clients, a major telecommunication services provider, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Reviews the current Business Process and align with eTOM;
Analyses the new product and services from the business plan;
Develops the business view for Enterprise Architecture;
Provides mapping between Roles, Activities/ Functionality and Applications to assure end to end Business Process;
Sets the KPI for Business Process and optimizes it;
Assures the development for SLA and tracks the QOS using BAM tools;
Assures the decomposition of enterprise Business Process at level 4 in compliance with eTOM;
Assures end to end process modelling and implementations;
Assures the support to other teams from Operations;
