Technical expertise of vehicles insurance in terms of policies, coverage, premiums and claims handling; 3-5 years experience in vehicle insurance service;
Capable of assessing the loss ratio and the necessary measures to control it;

Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language;
Displays leadership behaviors that inspires, shows appreciation and motivates others;
Works well under pressure;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is the European leading fleet and vehicle management company.
The Insurance Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the Insurance Activity within the Operations Department towards achieving our client's ) high quality operational leasing / fleet management services, high operational efficiencies and risk management objectives.
Participating actively in the development phase of the self insurance concept;
Elaborating the strategy for the achievement of high quality insurance services, high operational efficiencies and risk management objectives;
Identifying and developing of revenue streams from the partner base (claims handler, workshop base, etc.);
Establishing and managing the relationship with suppliers of services (claims handler) and ensuring that contracts and SLAs for service delivery are in place;
Developing and maintaining of policies and procedures, in line with Group policies;
Developing a risk policy setting and maintaining the premium values and monitoring the development of loss ratios and taking necessary actions to increase profitability. Benchmarking against competitors parameters, to keep the product attractive;
Leading the future insurance team by improving job satisfaction, staff retention, continuous learning and promoting a culture of service excellence;
Ensuring compliance with Group operational risk management standards. |
