Human Resources Manager in Oradea

Together, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Requirements:
2 – 4 years of professional-level human resources experience;
Knowledge of principles, methods, practices and laws of human resources management;
Knowledge of labor legislation, principles and techniques of labor relations;
Excellent communication skills;
Very good people management skills;
Diplomacy and creativity;
Open personality and empathy.

Coordinating the activity within the HR Department;
Being responsible with budgeting for the HR Department;
Developing search and selection procedures;
Coordinating the elaboration and renewal of job descriptions;
Developing personnel performance evaluation;
Being responsible with personnel career planning activities;
Developing and implementing training&development programs;
Implementing personnel remuneration negotiations;
Developing motivation systems, by identifying employees' needs;
Supervising payroll&salary administration;
Updating labor legislation;
Implementing group's policies and regulations;
Preparing periodical reports for the group's board.
