CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
No experience is required, but you should be gifted with the "can do&succeed" attitude.
Further, you have to be: committed, driven by desire to succeed, a positive thinker, pro-active, fast, open-minded and trustworthy, respectful towards yourself and everybody around you.
Also: young, top caliber, smart, funny,and very....modest :).
