Head of Laboratory

University Degree (biological or medical field);
At least 3 years managerial experience;
Very good knowledge of laboratory practice;
Strong managerial and organizational skills.

For one of our clients, a company active in the medical field, we are looking for a Head of Laboratory in Bucharest.

Managing all activities of laboratory work in terms of appropriate legislation and proper operating practice;
Ensuring training for the staff of the laboratory;
Ensuring processing, examination and storage of cord blood with emphasis on minimizing possibility of contamination;
Being responsible for quality ensuring program and good manufacturing practice;
Being responsible for laboratory equipment condition, maintenance and safeguarding;
Being responsible for proper use of with laboratory equipment and for the employees health protection at work;
Being responsible for innovation and introduction of a new procedures;
Being responsible for documentation (result of examination) issued to clients.
