For our client, American company – Shared Service Center, start up in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for Team Leaders.


Manage a team of several Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application employees;
Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for the team;
Maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education;
Maintain written procedures for all functions handled in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application;
Ensure timely processing of documents related to Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application;
Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash Application processes;
Manage relationship with key stakeholders
Responsible for continuous improvement of processes;
