German Speaking IT Helpdesk

Fluent in speaking/writing German – Compulsory;
English would be an advantage;
Good communication skills and good pronunciation especially on the phone;
Interested in Information Technology and basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft software (operating system Windows XP, Internet Explorer, Outlook and office applications);
Able to work under stress;
Able to act independently as well as in a team;
Focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Being responsible with telephone service at the support line;
Creating trouble tickets (incidents, problems, changes, etc.) in a detailed and comprehensive manner in the service desk system;
Performing the classification of the incidents and assigning them to the according service group;
Providing first level solution using modern remote support tools;
Performing the call prioritization and escalation;
Providing user support in the back office (2nd level).
