Finance Manager

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the beverage area, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Requirements:

High level of education in Finance / Accounting;
Previous experience in leading the Finance / Accounting department (3 to 5 years) of a multinational company;
Proven managerial abilities;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Dynamic, creative and innovative;
Competent decision maker with the ability to delegate and negotiate;
Fluent in English.

Manages the finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely, internal and external financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements;
Realizes the controlling, planning and reporting activities;
Implements and maintains a standard costing system and comparisons of actual to standard and analyzes the variances;
Ensures compliance with local legislation and timely filing of reports;
Produces management reports and analysis to support plant management and finance group decisions;
Develops the plant finance team;
Implements and develops robust processes and controls.
