CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree - preferably in Economics or related sciences;
Minimum 3-4 years of broad sales experience with financial institutions; experience in working with factoring products is a plus!
Ability to develop fully customized packages and to advise on complex deals
Good level of professional training in sales;
Client relationship (presentation skills, selling and negotiation, conflict management).
Willing to travel;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for originating, developing and closing FACTORING contracts;
Preparing and executing sales budget;
Preparing overall marketing strategy and marketing communication plans;
Commercial presentations for the prospective Clients;
Responsible for offering high competent advice on client transactions;
Responsible for developing & motivating the sales team;
Training and coaching of direct and indirect sales forces. |
