Fluent English language is a must;
Achieved education: University degree in HR or additional relevant HR qualification is preffered;
10 years of relevant working experience (at least 5 years of managing a team), experience with HR support in services, shared service or call centre is an advantage;
Strong presentation, managing, negotiating and command skills;
Being able to evaluate talents, develop direct reports and challenge tasks and assignments;
Good ability of building effective teams;
Strong emphasis on being a visible leader of the HR function for a major facility and being able to provide direction and leadership to a growing team of HR professionals;
Direct and truthful individual with motivation, vision and business acumen.

For one of our clients, an international company, world’s leader in providing complex services, we are looking for a Human Resources Director. The position is based in Bratislava.

Managing all HR aspects for the company;
Being a key member of the leadership team and providing high quality advice and guidance to the team;
Being the voice of HR in senior management deliberations and decisions;
Working with others in the team to provide a co-ordinated HR service to all employees;
Producing a common view of the company as an employer across the world;
Managing all HR issues, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, discipline and grievance, recruitment and employee and manager development;
Managing talent through all stages from recruitment, through training and development, to pipeline for senior roles;
Supporting culture of the company by implementing a common set of values that guide how employees need to work, treat others and be treated;
Developing and maintaining effective strategies, policies and practices in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training;
Being responsible for delivering the planned growth of the centre in the near-medium term;
Providing direction and leadership to a growing team of HR professionals.
