Customer Care Representatives in Cluj - Napoca! Portuguese speakers

Fluent in Portuguese;
Good organisational skills;
Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations;
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines.

For one of our clients, one of the world's leaders in the outsourcing industry we are looking for Customer Care Representatives!

Responsibilities:

Responding to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively;
Developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of client products and services;
Dealing with all correspondence as required;
Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure;
Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
