CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For one of our clients, a multinational bank, we are looking for a Corporate Credit Analyst.
Required
University degree in Economics;
Relevant experience in SME / Corporate financial analyses area;
At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
Excellent communication skills;
Good command of English, both spoken and written.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Analyze the documentations presented by client.
Prepare a memorandum using a standard form.
When preparing the memorandum, the Credit Analyst has to make an investigation on the client by using the CIP system (Central of Payment Incident) and the CBR system (Central for Banking Risk).
When preparing the memorandum, use information from the visit report prepared by the Business Development Officer.
Submit the Credit File to the Head of Credit Department and make some amendments if there are any.
Sign the memorandum and submit one copy to the Risk Department and one copy to the General Management.
Follow up with the Business Development Officer the additional conditions put by the credit committee.
Draw up the draft of the credit contract and the guarantee contract.
Present the credit contract and related other legal documents (guarantees, forms etc) to the Legal AdvisOr of the bank in order to obtain legal opinion/ visa on the documents.
