Commercial Manager in Galati

• Strong sales experience in business to business sales environment (industrial products, preferably, base metals) in an international company;
• Change Management experience;
• Project management experience;
• Good business understanding;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good command in English;
• Higher Degree of education.

• Creation of the budget and monitoring performance against the key deliverables;
• Achievement of sales volume, price and profitability targets as per the business plan;
• Evaluation of price trends & correlation with market share trends;
• Analysis of imports, and creation of a strategy to deal with imports;
• Regular assessment of the classical “Price before Volume” vs “Volume before price” scenarios on profitability, and suggesting the best options;
• Analysis of geographical distribution of sales and recommendations for changes in regional volume allocations to optimise profit;
• Performance appraisal of country offices based on targets vs achievements;
• Running the monthly review process and driving improvements based on actions in the review;
• Ongoing updating & improvement of the strategic plan of the business from time to time;
• Monitoring and control of Finished Goods inventory and receivables as per budget.
