Chief Accountant Spanish Speaker in a multinational company

For one of our clients, a multinational company focused on manufacturing and delivering of heating and water heating systems and services, we are looking for an Accounting Team Leader.

Requirements:

University degree (Economics);
Proven managerial skills;
Relevant experience in accountancy field;
Good knowledge of IAS, accounting closing procedures, local accounting requirements, financial statements;
Fluency in English and Spanish.

Coordinating and supervising the accounting, ensuring the correct carrying out of the activities and the optimization of the operative process flows;
Verifying the correct application of the local civil law and fiscal regulatory requirements and of the Group principles;
Managing the relation with the local administrations and the other local functions;
Acting according to the local and Group’s directives, plans, policies and procedures;
Reporting periodically on the state and progress of the several units involved.
