Branch Manager in Craiova

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position and/or 5 years sales experience;
University degree economics/ human resources;
Ability to plan effectively and to work under pressure, good organizational skills;
Very good communication skills and team spirit, leadership skills;
Fluent English is mandatory;
Excellent negotiating and selling skills.

Coordinating the entire activity of the Branch being in charge with checking the activity of Operations Activities;
Achieving the Branch targets;
Initiating and developing strategic relationships with customers;
Representing the agency in the local business and administrative environment;
Participating in the recruiting, evaluation and continuous development of the subordinated staff.
