Assistant Manager (German speaker)

Requirements:

University degree;
Relevant experience on a similar position;
German and English languages are mandatory;
Computer literacy (MS Office);
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Dynamic and willing to learn;
Driving license (B) could be a plus.

For one of our clients, a company with an international activity in setting the customes props for theatre, film and TV, we are looking for an Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the relationship with the clients, suppliers and bank;
Ensuring the efficient running of the office in administrative tasks (recording and distributing the internal and external documents, e-mails, telephones, filling and updating expenses registers);
Ensuring the interface in terms of internal communication of the head office with all other offices;
Assisting the General Manager in all business projects on the agenda;
Keeping records of official documents.
