Assistant Buyer

On behalf of our client, a multinational company, having the headquarter in Austria we are looking for an Assistant Buyer.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong command of English language;
University graduate;
PC literacy (Word and Excel very well);
Fast learner;
Excellent organizational skills;
German represents a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing support to Buyers in day-to-day activities;
Maintaining the existing database and inputting new orders;
Checking incoming invoices from providers and solving possible misunderstanding;
Administrating, centralizing and maintaining an orderly archive of all documents related to acquisitions.
