| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
6 - 12 months experience in a similar position;
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of MS Office;
High orientation to excellence in project management execution;
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation;
Creativity and flexibility.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a leading company activating on the Romanian marketing & advertising market, we are looking for an Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
Organising client meetings and requirements (booking rooms, lunch, room layouts/presentations etc.);
Recording all client meetings in accurate contact reports;
Providing support to manager in preparing presentations;
Briefing DTP, PSD, Field, Events, DM with manager supervision;
Participating to events, brainstorming;
Monitoring and analysing competitive advertising and competitive product activity;
Negotiating with the client on all project details (except for contracts);
Negotiating internally all topics/ issues, less price lists and team allocation;
Organizing and coordinating project implementation;
Being responsible for budget control of his/her accounts.
