| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidates should be:
· A Graduate / Post Graduate Engineer in Software Science/Electronics/ Telecom/ Instrumentation/Computer Science background from recognized & reputed colleges.
· Experience on full project life cycle execution with strong technical skills.
· Has done analysis, development, implementation, testing and performance of real-time embedded systems for one the of global OEMers at Romania.
· Design methodologies: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design - UML; experience with CASE Tools.
· Languages: English (Dutch is an asset).
Technical Skills:
· RTOS internals, VxWorks, Linux, WinCE, C, C++
· Expertise on either BSP development or Embedded Application development
· Hands-on experience of MS Project and/or other project managing tools
· Hands-on experience with testing tools, test repository tools, and defect tracking tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· BE/MCS/ME/MS is required
Related work experience:
· Minimum 6 years experience in embedded software development with the last 3 years in project management
· Proficient in QA and testing methodologies (CMM model). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
· Technical leading and solutions architecting on offshore embedded projects;
· Project and team management;
· Participation in proposals, competency (In-house projects) initiatives;
· Partner with the Development, Documentation and Program Management teams to implement quality software products and improve the overall software development process;
· Review project plans, project schedules, and design documents developed by Project engineers;
· Responsible for well documented Systems;
· Responsible for quality of design/process modeling;
· Adhere to the testing and QA standards of the Company. |
