| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For one of our clients, Orange Romania, we are looking for a SHOP MANAGER in the following locations:
Botosani, Giurgiu, Buzau, Focsani, Cluj
University degree;
At least 2 years management experience;
Relevant sales experience;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to develop and coach a team;
Constant customer-oriented attitude;
Planning and organising abilities;
Fluency in English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Maximizing sales through effective sales floor management;
Managing all available resources in order to maximize shop profitability;
Optimizing local market opportunities and developing customer base;
Coaching and developing the team members;
Ensuring that all operational areas are maintained in line with Orange Shop standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop;
Ensuring that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values.
