CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For one of our clients, who activates in Oils and Fuels Industry, we are looking for a Shipping and Insurance Coordinator:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics (Marine) or Naval Engineering;
Knowledge in ship construction and naval operations;
Shipping logistic, chartering, demurrage and legal issues;
Experience in shipping operations and documentation;
Experience within a shipping or brokerage company is a plus;
Experience with Microsoft database applications.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising all shipping operations of the export contracts (brokerage, chartering, shipping, port and terminal operations) within the corporate shipping policy;
Organizing and providing insurance cover;
Controlling shipping and insurance documentation;
Processing transactions and shipping documentation;
Supporting export and trading operations;
Inspecting outgoing shipments and terminal operations;
Monitoring the status of current shipping;
Following the shipping market;
Undersigning charter – parties/ shipping invoices/ claims;
Settling due hires/freights/inspections/demurrage claims;
Contacting insurance company regarding outstanding balances.
