CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Legal academic background;
At least 4 years experience in the legal field in a similar (bank) business environment;
Knowledge of the Romanian legal system and also the international legal rules and regulations;
Knowledge of NBR rules and regulations;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written, both in Romanian and English). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Elaborates and verifies different business contracts;
Elaborates and/or reviews the loan documentation;
Provides legal advice regarding specific transactions;
Provides advice and elaborates legal opinion for different transactions made by corporate clients;
Ensures compliance with local laws and company’s policies. |
