University degree;
Sales experience - 3 years;
Sales management experience – 2 years;
Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Achievement drive and positive minded;
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure;
Strong Communication (Verbal & Written);
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Managing and developing the sales team within assigned sales territories in order to achieve profitable targeted revenue, while meeting customer needs;
Managing and driving business performance of the sales team according to the commercial standards to ensure sales efficiency and effectiveness;
Contributing to the creation, circulation and implementation of the budget and forecast for the sales area to ensure that the planned growth reflects the real market potential;
Achieving business objectives through managing the relevant customer portfolio (Key Customers within the area), by retaining and developing existing clients and acquiring new (Key) customers. |
