Sales Manager Car Leasing

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in car financing;
Very good knowledge of car market issues (dealers, distributors, importers market specifics);
Experience in drafting and evaluating credit applications;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Experience in supervising or heading up team of professional;
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people on different levels;
Excellent knowledge of English, German is an asset.

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in leasing field, we are looking for a Sales Manager Car Leasing.

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements the marketing & sales strategy for Car Lease
Meets the budgeted sales targets
Initiates, develops and maintains profitable business relationships, and ensures that clients are fully served;
Conducts client negotiations aimed at setting up deals;
Ensures efficient credit analyses process roll on - prepares credit applications, submits credit applications to the Credit Committee and makes sure that timely handling is obtained, maintains close relation with the client during the process, takes action in case the customer does not meet all credit terms;
Ensures a complete documentation phase (contract, additional documents, instruct back-office processing)
