CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree;
Sales experience of minimum 2 years preferably in a similar position;
Excellent English knowledge;
Computer proficiency.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, an importing acting in brewery industry, we are looking for a Sales Team Leader. The specifications of the job are as follows:
Responsible for conducting market and sales structures evaluation by a group of market controllers reporting directly to him by:
- outlet check up(according to Key Performance Indicators)
- regular audit of back office documentation
- stock taking in the warehouses of the different commercial materials
Planning of check up’s and assigning the check up duties;
Support in the decision taking process;
Responsible for the members of his team, including hiring or noticing team members;
Responsible for training regarding knowledge of operational standards and individual development of his team members;
Responsible for updating the operational standards;
Responsible for reporting the issues occurred in the sales organization;
Responsible for aggregated sales bonuses of the sales force and communication in due time to the Human Resources department for monthly/ periodically salary application.
