RF Planning Engineer

Knowledge in GSM Planning, GPRS, RF Optimization,
Knowledge in Planning/Optimization Tools like Pegasos(Planning tool) or similar tools, TEMS, Q-Voice;
Knowledge in Software Utilities like MS Access, MS Excel, Mapinfo (or similar);
Knowledge on NDW( or similar), NMS;
Good Communication skills in English and reporting skills
Knowledge on SQL is desirable;
A total of 5 years of work experience in Telecommunication;
At least 2 years of work experience in GSM RF Planning.

Availability to relocate in The Netherlands
Planning and Designing the network and interacting with other departments for site searches, technical site surveys and other design related activities;
Preparing and Issuing all the (SARF) Site search forms in time;
Site Search & Technical Site survey;
Preparing Coverage predictions on the planning tool;
Checking and verifying Antenna Sweeps;
Answering consistently and in time to the Trouble Tickets and customer complaints related to the radio network;
Analyzing the drive test data provided by the drive-test teams;
Having consistent settings for all the sites and maintaining track of justifications for exceptions;
Giving support to optimization engineers in the optimization of the network, taking over optimization tasks whenever necessary;
Participating with the expertise in various radio related trials and projects;
Sharing knowledge, communicating with others, and demonstrating honesty and team spirit;
Always following the safety and health instructions of the company on sites and while driving.
