RF Optimization Engineer

Knowledge in GSM, GPRS, RF Optimization, BSS Parameters;
Knowledge in Planning/Optimization Tools like ACTIX, TEMS, 3GMA, Q-Voice, Pegasos(Planning tool) or similar tools;
Knowledge in Software Utilities like MS Access, MS Excel, Mapinfo (or similar);
Knowledge on NDW( or similar), NMS;
Good Communication skills in English and reporting skills;
Knowledge on SQL is desirable;
A total of 5 years of work experience in Telecommunication;
At least 2 years of work experience in GSM RF Optimization

Availability to relocate in The Netherlands;
Maintaining ownership of CDR & all RF KPI\'s for the respective Zone;
Interacting with Network Operations Centre and Fixed Network teams;
Answering consistently and in time to the Trouble Tickets and customer complaints related to the radio network;
Making sure that the site capacity is expanded in time and only when needed;
Performing daily analysis of statistics and inconstancies reports and take immediate action for solving the troubled areas/cells;
Should be familiar using OSS tools and parameter changes;
Analyzing the drive test data provided by the drive-test teams;
Preparing, in time, the RIS\'s (Site integration sheets) for the new sites and expansions requests;
Issuing re-work changes (azimuth and tilts) and follow-up the effect on the cell performance;
Monitoring GPRS/ data performance (counters, drive-test evaluation, capacity planning);
Communicating to RF Manager potential coverage, capacity or performance problems with the network & suggest solutions for the same;
Giving support to radio planners in the design of the network, take over planning tasks whenever necessary;
Participating with expertise in various radio related trials and projects;
Assisting RF Management in special projects like RF Benchmarking as and when required;
Sharing knowledge, communicating with others, and demonstrating honesty and team spirit;
Always following the safety and health instructions of the company on site.
